17 systems One line each on what it is for
This is what my own business is built out of, one line each on the job it does. I keep the list in a register and this page reads it every time it is built, so what you see here is what I am actually running rather than something written for a website. Read it as a shopping list: most companies want four or five of these, and almost nobody needs all of them on day one.
Account Portal
One place a client opens to see the true state of the work being done for them, with nobody assembling a status update.
Accounting
Keeps the hours, the rates and the signed terms together, so billing a client is reading a record instead of reconstructing one.
Advisor
A thinking partner that reads the company's own files and argues a decision through with you, and touches nothing.
Booking Agent
Answers the questions a person asks before a meeting and gets them onto the calendar, so nobody brokers the back and forth.
Campaigns (strategy folder)
One place that settles who a campaign is for and what it says, so the work downstream never re-argues the strategy.
Content Strategy
Decides what content should exist and what each piece is meant to do for the reader, before anybody writes a word.
Content Studio
Makes what the business publishes, from the pictures to the pages, so the story goes out looking like one company.
CRM
Holds the people, the companies and the live commercial relationships, so every other system asks one place who a client is.
Founder Alignment
Keeps each founder's position written down, one line per decision, so a meeting only touches what they actually disagree about.
Job post proposals
Finds the job posts worth answering and drafts the proposal, so a person only reviews it and submits.
Liaison
Collects everything the business needs from a person and sends them one prepared ask, instead of a hundred small interruptions.
Offer Loop
Runs what the business sells as a loop: capture what buyers say, score the offer, then keep or retire it on written rules.
Outreach Copywriter
Writes the outbound messages for every account and campaign, and never sends them, so a person still approves what goes out.
Real World Intake
Anything saved on a phone lands where the business can use it, so a good idea does not die in a notes app.
Rhythm Engine
Every job meant to run on a schedule reports whether it actually ran, in one place read each morning.
The Compass
Points the week and the day at what matters most, so effort goes to the important work instead of the loudest work.
Workshop ... early engagement and onboarding
Handles everything that must be true before real work starts for a new client: what they know, who holds it, what access is needed.

The one ask
Every page has a kit behind it: the blank instrument, the instructions in plain English, and a prompt you paste into whatever AI you already use so it interviews you through filling it. Put your address in and the kit comes back. After that you get the next page when there is one, and nothing else. No schedule, and no promise about how often.
